If there is no Nile then there will not be Egypt. Egypt is the Gift of the Nile so without its waters, there is no country.
Egypt is mainly located in the huge slab of desert with a few oases so Nile isn't Egypt's alone and flow with the tributaries, also waters the soils.
It mainly fed with the rivers, of Sudan, Ethiopia, as well as other African nations.
