  • at the first quadrant that is between the x and y axis has a value of Ф. the value of Ф in the first quadrant should be greater than zero and less than 90°.
  • at the second quadrant that is between the y and x' and the value of Ф in the second quadrant should be greater than 90° and less than 180°.
  • at the third quadrant that is between the x' and y'. the value of Ф in the third quadrant should be greater than 180° and less than 270°.
  • at the fourth quadrant that is between the y' and x. the value of Ф in the fourth quadrant should be greater than 270° and less than 360°.

     

       sec(3660°) = sec(40×90°+60°)

                          = sec60°

                          = 2

Hence the value of sec(3660)° is 2.
