Yes, we ARE similar in some ways. Here are some of them:

• We have a common ideology, common sense, & a sixth sense.
• We all exhibit an attraction to opposite sex.
• We all have a body consisting of forelimbs and hindlimbs, a heart, and other body organs.
• We all have a need for shelter,food,currency and other basic needs.

The differences in Humans come from racism. Racism classifies people according to their races, like Aryans,etc. It also comes from the caste system, a process of dividing people into specific classes based on their occupation, regardless of their races( in some cases).
