resistance is directly proportional to length and inversely proportional to area in case of metals

for metals on increasing temperature length increases and so does the resistance

so 1 is right

for semiconductors its just the opposite

so it makes 2 also correct

now for an electrolyte as temperature increases ionic mobility increases so resistance gradually decreases

hence 3 is also correct

therefore answer is 4
