Present age of father is combination of woman & daughters age 5 yrs back.

y = (x-5) + (z-5)

y-x = z-10 ...(1)

Also, age of woman is 5 yrs less than husband -

x = y - 5

y-x = 5 ...(2)

Equating (1) & (2),

z-10 = 5

z = 15 yrs

5 yrs back age of woman was thrice her daughter,

x-5 = 3(z-5)

x-5 = 3(15-5)

x = 35 yrs

Hence, present age of the woman is 35 yrs.
