In my opinion..
Women should be considered equal as men.Since we have become modern,our thoughts should too.Many people still view women as extra.But,as we know that women are the half of the population of the world.Many of the women,with their intelligency,has touched the height of achievement.A mostly said proverb says'behind every successful men,there is a women', It is the most truthful proverb that answers your question in the best way.

We need women at all levels to change and be dynamic , reshape the conversations and they have to make sure that their voices are heard and not overlooked or ignored.
A women is a full circle within her lies the ability to create ,nurture and transform.
