Empowerment of women through  expansion of education facilities, creation of  more job opportunities, and institutional representation in legislature, etc., is the need of the hour.
More opportunities should be provided to women so that they can utilities their capabilities.
In the 21st century, when progress and development are the hallmarks of human civilization, women lagging behind due to stereotypes and centuries old social conditioning do not augur well.
A change in mindset  and outlook, out-of-the-box thinking, and according equality of opportunity to both the sexes is essential if we want our country to progress.
