Women's empowerment is not a reality .
Even though people think that the women are allowed more opportunities and facilities than their male counterparts, in reality, everything is just an illusion, a make believe situation which forces women to believe that they are being empowered .
They are subjected to harassment and ridicule in their workplace , and so on.
