women face disadvantages till now in the society yes it's true beacause it has been a miss perception that women are to do all house hold and men to do all work outside the home but however when men are paid for such services then they dnt hesitate to do such house hold works cook in the hotels and tailors are generally men only ..girls drop out their schools because parents think that its the maoral duty of girls to learn household and like to spend their resources on their son ...where now girls perform as well as boys and some rimes better in academics also.
