One day, two men named Shamsher and Raghav came to court . Shamsher claimed that he was the master And that he had left Raghav to look after his money and wealth but, when he returned to his shock all his money was gone.

Where as Raghav claimed that he has never seen him and that Shamsher was lying that he was his master. Birbal after listening to them silently smiled.

He said that he could read minds(which well was not true)He then told the men to lie down. Then he order for a servant whispered something onto his ear and then told him loudly to decapitate the servant's head with an axe. The soldier was confused.Then Raghav confessed and ran to the king for forgiveness. Birbal was awarded for his intelligence and presence of mind.
