Dear Sir,
We have placed and received the delivery of the order #1234 on 5th June 2019. The delivery was on time but the products were delivered worn out. The conference table went shaky and the cushion padding of the sofa suffers deep damage. Every product suffers from some damage or the other except the chairs. I assume that this is because of the wrong means of transport provided by the company. We are so upset about the products. We need to use the products as early as possible.

I have placed an order on 25/may/2020 ,yesterday i received my order.I found the order products are damaged.The conference table went shaky and sofa suffers deep damage Every product suffers from damage.
I am unable to wear this loss . I don,t like the shipping products in bad condition . I am requesting you to replace the damage products with the shippibg charges because i had given.
kindly ship the order with in 3 working days .otherwise from next time my company wilk not give you any order for products.
