Iswaran is a domestic servant who can narrate stories very well, dramatically so as to sound realistic. He scares his master with a ghost story about a lady ghost carrying a foetus, that the master resigns his job and decides to relocate to another place.
R. K. Laxman (1921 – 2015) is the author of the story ‘Iswaran the Storyteller’.
