Answer:

Hi here is you know the answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

So Minu Bought 3 2/1 kg of sweets which is 5/1 kg or in simple form 5 kg.

then she packed them in packets containing 1/4 kg each and gave it to her friends.

So if I am right if we divide the total amount which is 5 kg and the amount in packets 1/4 kg.

So

\frac{5}{1} ÷ \frac{1}{4}

is \frac{5}{1} * \frac{4}{1} which is \frac{20}{1} or 20. So she made 20 packets.

I hope it is helpful

Answer:

Total quantity of sweets bought by Minu = 3 2/1

3 2/1 as a fraction = ( 1 × 3 ) + 2 = 5 kg

Total quantity of sweets bought by Meena = 5kg

Weight of sweets in each packet = 1/4 kg

Number of packets totally made =

= 5 ÷ 1/4

= 5/1 × 4/1

= 5 × 4

= 20

Therefore , Meena has made 20 packets .
