Actual multiplication=6245*52

But Multiplication done=6245*62

Therfore the difference in both the answers=

6245*62-6245*52=6245(62-520=6245*10=62450

Therfore his answer was greater than his correct answer by 62450..

Answer:

Hey mate....

Step-by-step explanation:

if the student multiply 6245 by 62 then the answer is 387190

and 6245 multiply by 52, then the answer is 324740

then we have to subtract the products of both the equation to get the right answer...

so, 387190-324740= 62450

so, 62450 was greater than the correct answer...
