w = mgh

m = 55kg. h= .2m x 28= 5.6m g=9.8

w= 55 x 5.6 x 9.8

w= 3018.4

power = work/ time

power = 3018.4 / 5.4 seconds

p= 558.96 watts

hope this ans helps you :)

Abhishek777: but unit watt hoga??
Abhishek777: brother in place of w it should be p(e)
blackmagic: power is always measured in watts or (j/s)
Abhishek777: i said because mgh is the formula of potential energy
blackmagic: yes, because work has been done from a certain height, so we use this formula
Abhishek777: hmm
blackmagic: hope you understood :)
Abhishek777: yup i dif
Abhishek777: *dif
Abhishek777: *did

we know that

W= mgh

Given

Mass= 55kg, Height = .2m×28=5.6m and g=9.8m/s^2

Putting the values we get

55×5.6×9.8=3018.4

work done is 3018.4

Now energy/power= Total Work Done/Total Time Taken

=> 3018.4/5.4= 558.96

Energy = 558.96 Watt.

I hope this will help you.
