according to the work energy theorem both are same

work done= energy

gayatrichauhanp9mj8k: is it equal kinetic energy

work done = the energy require to move a body from position a to position b.
its unit is jule.... w(work done)= f(force)×s(displacement)...

kinetic energy= the energy which is measured by the virtue of the objects motion.

thanks hope it helps
