Work = F.dS

Where F is force

And dS is displacement.

Here, Force exerted by passenger on suitcase=mg

Where, m is the mass of the suitcase.

And $g=10m/s^{2}$ ( acceleration due to gravity)

So, f= 20*10=200 N

But no displacement of suitcase in upward direction.

Hence, dS=0

So, work done is zero.
