work is done in taking a positive charge from the outer surface of metallic is paid to another point outside the spare but no work is done in taking the charge inside the space from one point to another why​

electric potential is same at all points inside the metallic sphere so no work is done in moving the charge inside the sphere but outside the sphere potential is different at different distances so work is done in moving the charge from one point to other outside the sphere
