let the price of pen be rs 2y
let the price of book be rs y
let the price of a set of pen be rs 2000+y
Therefore
2y+y+2000+y= 11000
4y = 9000
y= 2250
Therefore,
price of pen = 4500
price of set of pen = 4250
price of book = 2250

Answer:

Cost of pen = 2x

Cost of book = x

Cost of set = x+ 2,000

total cost = 11,000

total cost = 2x+x+(x+2,000)

= 4x+2,000

4x+2,000 = 11,000

4x = 11,000-2,000

4x = 9,000

x = 9,000/4

x= 2250

Cost of pen = 2x

Cost of book = x

Cost of set = x+ 2,000

by putting value of x i.e 2250

so cost are

4500

2250

5250
