Work out the perimeter of a semicircle with radius3 cm give your answer in terms of pie

So in this case that is 3π cm as the circumference is 2πr where r is the radius. The length of the straight part is just the diameter of the circle or 2 x radius which is 6 cm in this case. So the total perimeter of the semicircle is 3π+6 cms.
