{ \large{ \boxed {\red{ \frac{1}{2}  +  \frac{1}{7}  +  \frac{2}{5} }}}}

First take the L.C.M. to make the denominators same.

L.C.M. of 2,5 and 7=70

 \implies \frac{1}{2}  \times  \frac{35}{35}  =  \frac{35}{70}  \\  \\  \implies \frac{1}{7} \times  \frac{10}{10}  =  \frac{10}{70}    \\  \\  \implies \frac{2}{5}  \times  \frac{14}{14}  =  \frac{28}{70}  \\  \\  \implies \frac{35 + 1 \cancel0 + 28}{7 \cancel0}  =  \frac{ \cancel{63}}{ \cancel{7} } = 9

☺Hope it helps you....

Answer:

  • Solution :

First we have to take the LCM to make the denominators same.

LCM of 2, 5 and 7 = 70

  • Now :

 \implies \frac{1}{2}  +  \frac{35}{35}  =  \frac{35}{70}  \\  \\   \implies\frac{1}{7}  +  \frac{10}{10}  =  \frac{10}{70}  \\  \\   \implies\frac{2}{5}  +  \frac{14}{14}  =  \frac{28}{70}  \\  \\  \:  \:  \implies \frac{30 + 10 + 28}{70}  =  \frac{69}{7}  = 9
