 \bold  \red\star \:  \large \underline{Question:-}

 \blue{2x }+  \red{3y} =  \pink{15}. \\  \\ \blue {x} + \red {y} = \pink {6}.

 \bold  \red\star \:  \large \underline{Solution:-}

2x + 3y = 15. -  -  -  -  -  \red{(1) }\\  \\ x + y = 6. -  -  -  -  -  - \red { (2)}

Substitution  \: Method  \: Apply:-

Taking equation 2.

x = 6 - y. -  -  -  -  -  -  \red{(3)}

 \therefore \:  \:  Putting \:  the  \: value  \: x =6-y

\implies2x + 3y = 15. \\  \\ \implies 2(6 - y) + 3y = 15. \\  \\ \implies12 - 2y + 3y = 15. \\  \\  \implies y = 3.

Now,

Taking equation 3.

\implies x = 6 - y.   \\  \\ \implies x = 6 - (3). \\  \\  \implies x = 3.

The \:  value \:  of \:  x \:  = {\boxed{\bold{ 3}}} \: and \: y \:  = {\boxed{\bold{ 3.}}}
