Introduction
This study was undertaken to get an idea of the speed, rate of income,
unexpected expenditure of a newspaper vendor at Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar,
Hyderabad.
t was presumed that the outcome of this study would help those students who
might propose to earn extra income for their family or themselves. This study also
mighi help students to gather knowledge about other types of vendors like milkman,
pushcat vegetable vendors, fruit vendors etc. To a certain extent this study was also
expected to give students the value of money and how hard it is to earn money.
CHAPTER 2
Collection of data
The newspaper delivery boy, Raj, was given a packet of sweets and told to come
one evening to answer the questions abOut his route. From his ansSwers the tollowing
route map emerged.
The numbers written within the brackets indicate the number of houses to which
the newspapers were delivered.​
