yes I do agree with this statement becoz work is divided among different people everybody do his or her work nd they get many facilities like job security paid leaves etc

1. In the organized sector, all the activities run through a system and as per the law of the land.

2. Wages in this sector are paid as per the government norms.

3. The job is secured in this sector.
