3. The works under unorganised sector does not have any security. The workers may be asked to leave anytime.
4. Also, the workers under organised sector does not have any provision for holidays, leave due to health problems, etc.
5. The workers working under unorganised sector are generally illiterate. They may even be in debt. Due to this, they agree even to work at low wages.
Any two measures undertaken by government in this direction are:
• Minimum wages act, 1948 is implemented by the government where minimum rate of wages is fixed under this act for the employees.
• Factories Act, 1948 is also implemented by the government to protect the rights of the labours.
