Workers are not exploited in rural area because they have their own businesses like agricultural shop dairy etc..
the people living in rural areas uses mostly hand made things that means things which are made by Weaver carpenter craft men
but in urban people mostly use machinery products which have made many people unemployed

yes, workers Are not exploited in rural area.
because there is already lack of employment. they have nothing to do except farming.
where there is lot of workers present or the owner is powerful then they would be exploited...
