stabilizer is an electric device that is used to maintain constant voltage current to electrical gadgets like refrigerator, computers etc.
it works on the principle of a transformer. that is it has primary and secondary winding. input is fed to the primary and output is drawn from the secondary. if there is any drop in the input the number of winding associated with the secondary is increased an thus the drop is managed. and if the input is increased, the vice versa happens and thus a constant voltage current is fed to the appliances.
