Answer:

Working women make better mothers- I prefer to write in favor of this statement. I believe it is the quality of time and not its quantity that matters when it comes to spending time with children.

Working women not only achieve their own goals in their professional ventures but also cater to the needs of their families much better. It solely depends on the time management skills; there's a need to maintain a perfect balance between work and home.

Sometimes, children might need their working mothers  when they aren't there for them. The mothers need, therefore, to develop a coping mechanism on both professional and home fronts for the best of their efficacy.

Working women are more independent and instill in their children, self-confidence. The children also grow up to be independent individuals who regard their mothers as role models.

Such children with working mothers also learn time-management skills and grow up to be well organized, independent individuals.

working woman can make a better mother than a homemaker if she performs both her domestic as well as professional responsibilities with finesse. While she inculcates in her children the values of being economically independent, thereby earning others' respect and contributing to the family's coffer, she performs her responsibilities by taking care of the family's domestic and other needs. It is, however, the responsibility of the other members of the family to help her out at home in whatever manner they can as a happy family is one where work is jointly done.
