Answer:

Hi there , the following is your answer ,

Step-by-step explanation:

_________________________

QuEsTiOn:

(2x + 5)^2

_________________________

Identity to be used:

=>(a+b)^2= a^2 + 2ab + b^2

__________________________

Using the above identity :

a=2x, b=5

=>(2x + 5)^2= (2x)^2 + 2×2x × 5 +(5)^2

=> 4x^2 +20x + 25 -Answer

Therefore the answer is =4x^2 +20x + 25

Identity to be used:

(a+b)²= a²+2ab+b² or a²+b²+2ab

Here,

let a=2x, b=5. .....(1)

Now, on Using Identity in(1).

(2x)²+2(2x)(5)+(5)²

=> 4x²+10x+25.

Hence, the required answer is 4x²+10x+25 or 4x²+25+10x.
