World has congratulated India on its success. Some countries are envious and want India to fail in its attempt. Many developed countries have good relations with India and are extending their cooperation to India.
Some countries are surprised that India spends a lot of money on space which does not give any food, but they believe India should spend on poor people. However, the feelings of Other countries are often biased. They would say what they would want and by saying some thing, they expect to create a bad feeling against India.
