hey.....Worrying excessively can lead to a host of physical and mental problems such as hypochondria, muscle tension, chronic indigestion, poor sleep, irrational fears, panic, self-consciousness, stage fright, compulsive behaviours, and perfectionism.
You may think that worrying will help you avoid bad things from happening, lessen the impact of bad things, or help you come up with solutions. But worrying is actually the problem, not the solution.

There are people who refused to accept in life so many things are out of their control. Others know that they can't prevent some particular bad things from happening. But they will not stop worrying about them anyway. Their worries keep them occupied. Ultimately it is all a waste of their time and energy. Worrying doesn't do any good. Whenever we face problems we need to identify what exactly they are and work out solutions and remedies instead of worrying.
