The boiling point of hard water is more than

that of distilled water at the same atmospheric pressure because the hard water contains sulphates, carbonates, bicarbonates, calcium and magnesium in the form of impurities while the distilled water only contains H2O molecules without any impurities.

These impurities actually distort the boiling point of water making it quite higher at the same atmospheric pressure.
