• There are different kind of movements which we can do with our body in the normal conditions.

• This movement range almost covers 360° orientation.

• If our body is only permitted to do backward and forward motions only,then all the lateral movements (right-left movements) of our body will be not possible anymore.

And ultimately we will lose this wide range of body movements which we can do now without any problems.
