Yes, I agree that the Hermit is a wise man. The reason for my thinking is, the king had three questions in mind and he asked these to all the people in his kingdom but everyone gave the answers which the king did not agree with. But, as he asked these three questions to the Hermit, the Hermit answered these with intelligence and this made the King satisfied. This says that, the Hermit is a wise man.
