no we are not able to play hide and seek because if light does not scatter all around and travel it straight lines then some selected objects will be seen and the player is only able to see some selected objects beside all other players

No, it is not possible because light can only come in visible spectrum because the angle covered by light by moving in straight line is much greater than other angles and because of light traveling in straight line it can travel in any medium.
