Would you consider Firoz shah tugluq responsible for fall of tugluq dynasty.

we consider Firoz Shah Tughlaq as responsible for the fall of Tughlaq dynasty because he collect a tax named Jizja from all non Muslims and his Reign also saw many Rebels in Gujarat, Sindh and Bengal and the campaigns that led to Bengal ,Orissa and Nagarkot did not result in any addition to the territories of the Sultanate and also he was unable to balance the great territorial losses.
