Ribosomes are used for protein synthesis, so you would expect more in cells where protein has to be made, so in theory, hair follicles in comparison to fat storage cells.

However, ribosomes play a role in translation in the replication of genes (amino acid chains) so ribosomes are found very commonly in all cells.
