Would you find any change of stomatal opening if osmotic concentration in the cell surrounding the stomatal pore decreases?

Stomatal pores close if excessive water loss occurs. Each stoma can be open or closed, depending on how turgid its guard cells are. ... When solute concentration in the guard cells increases, their water potential decreases relative to the surrounding apoplast and water enters the cells.
