Start slowly, I would allow the world to continue as it is until I had, with the aid of several very wise people, worked everything out for example some serious reforms in: Agriculture and food distribution, criminal justice, civil service especially child welfare medical care human rights etc. to be rolled out when ready and instituted world wide
Require all children to study a lingua franca yet to be developed (Esperanto possibly) whilst supporting the minority languages like welsh. The idea being that everyone could communicate but nothing is lost.
