PLASMA STATE IS THE FOURTH STATE OF MATTER.IT IS HOT IONIZED GAS CONSISTING OF EQUAL NUMBER OF POSITIVELY CHARGED IONS AND NEGATIVELY CHARGED ELECTRONS.

plasma is one of the state of matter....it contains the positive ions and negative ions in equal composition particulary in ionized gas...................
