According to me, the prism which has large angle will be used to produce the phenomenon of dispersion.
REASON :
Prism having small angle will not be able to produce the phenomenon of dispersion properly. It is necessary to travel certain distance by the rays of light to be scattered. If we prefer prism having small angle, then the distance travelled by the rays will be very small and hence dispersion will not happen properly.
