It is preferred in being a woman from Rome rather than being a woman from Greece. Rome has given women rights from an ancient period itself. Rome understands the value of the role, the woman can contribute to society. Therefore women had greater freedom in Rome whereas in Greece women were restricted from many expertises and they were supposed to be reserved.

Cicero could be a better teacher than Socrates even though both of them are incomparable and belong to two different eras. But when it comes to teachings, the way Socrates exhibited was to make his audience confused on grounds of moral beliefs and then formulate his teachings on them whereas Cicero’s ideas were more concerned with individualistic approaches and supported audience.

Explanation:

Women in Rome had rights for education, ownership of land and property, can directly inherit wealth, get a paid job, etc whereas women in Greece were considered only to give births and look after household matters.

Cicero is from a later era than Socrates. Cicero was influenced by Socrates's teachings and had similar beliefs. Cicero was from Greek while Socrates was from Rome.
