Farmers before sowing the seeds first check the quality by soaking than in water. If it floats then the seed is not good as it is hollow from inside. Sinki g seeds are good seeds.

No the seeds that float on water and not suitable for sowing because they are hollow from inside because they were eaten by Birds or animals
