wrigglers can be found from mosquito and not from butterfly. why?( a long answer plzzz) ( it's urgent )

First of all they are different species and their life cycle is also different . One species has their own features unlike another species . Well we know that mosquito occurs in water naturally and at the stage of being a larva their wriggler emerges . So it is just that they are a different species and they have own personalization , features , performance and of course they have different functions .
