wright a narrative on the excursion
Answers
Answer:
Bright and warm sun rays entered my room as the dawn spread its arms on the horizon. Today was the day I was longing for; the day of the excursion. I hopped out of my bed as if there were spikes growing out of it and made a beeline for the stairs. I was ready in no time for school and was impatiently waiting on the breakfast table for my fuel for the day. "it`s our school excursion today mum, and we are going to the world's most beautiful man-made structure!" I exclaimed. I gulped down my porridge as if it was water. Ten minutes later, I was on the school bus, jumping in excitement as if I was a pogo stick. I stuck my face out of the window for a better view outside, as the bus pulled away from school.
When the school reached the exhibition center, we noticed a tour guide waiting for us. She gestured for us to follow her and we did, with me still acting like a pogo stick. She showed us art sculptures, a man-made miracle where there were flowers growing in the shape of a face and a very complex maze that was all white, where everybody who entered got lost and died there. As we passed, I wondered if I could solve the maze. I did a foolish thing next; I entered the maze.
At once, I got lost in the millions of paths that were in the maze. I went down one path and noticed something at the end of it. A map! Perfect timing. Like a person at the zoo for the first time, I used the map to its full extent and went down the hundreds of thousands of paths that were in the maze. After what seemed like a year, I found a light at the end of the pathway.
I sprinted out into the open exhibition center and found our school group. I quickly blended in with our group as if I had never been lost in that horrid maze. A soon as we returned to the school, I sprinted home like a thunderbolt and as I ran, I thought about how I could tell my mum and dad about this excursion.
