Dear Diary,
Hello! How are you? I am fine and hope the same for you. I need to tell you something which is really different from my usual days. Yesterday, I and my schoolmates went to a blood donation camp. And the best thing was that we were the volunteers for that camp. I was very much privileged to take that opportunity in my hand.
The organizers of the blood donation camp were the Ratary club of Delhi west. So as to make the children aware about the importance of blood and our body, all the parents were requested to send their children so as to observe how the blood donation camp works and what can be done to make it better.
As mentioned, the students which did considerably well were selected as volunteers and I was also chosen as one of them. As a volunteer, it was our job to make the blood donors feel comfortable while donating blood in which we were successful too.
The donors were very happy with the care taken by us and greeted them with their best wishes.
I had a lot of fun exploring and learning new things with my mates.
So, that's all for today, I'm feeling sleepy now. See you tomorrow.
