Monera is kingdom which is full of Bacteria. They are prokaryotic in nature. Monera is simpler than Protista. Reproduction is only by asexual means- Fission or budding.

Eg:- Cyanobacteria

PROTISTA:

Protistans are eukaryotic in nature. They have well developed nucleus and cell organelles. They are complex in nature than Monera. They reproduce either sexually or asexually.
