Solution :-

Steps to write (1/7) in number line :-

  • (1/7) is a positive number and less than 1 .
  • So, draw a number line from 0 to 1 on right side of 0 .
  • Denominator is 7 , so divide line between 0 and 1 in 7 equal parts .
  • Now, after 0 mark :- (1/7) , (2/7) , (3/7) , (4/7) , (5/7) , (6/7) , (7/7 = 1) at equal parts .

First part after zero is our required (1/7) written in number line.
