1 . there will not be any population explosion as it happens in cities like mumbai etc

2.as the population is less environment the state is not affected so much

3.as and outsider cant get job in state govt hence the competition is low for the people of j&k

4.it is not easy for an outside to operate business here. this help the local people as the competition will be less

5.as per this artivle a outside cant buy land or property in j&k so this makes the price of real state under control
