Dehradun: The higher education ministers of 18 states, the Union HRD minister as well as over 200 academicians from across the country would attend the country’s first ‘Gyan Kumbh’, billed as a premier event of higher education, which is being held on November 3 and 4 in Haridwar.


The two-day event, being hosted at Patanjali University, would be inaugurated by President Ram Nath Kovind. Uttar Pradesh chief minsiter Yogi Adityanath would be the chief guest for the closing ceremony.
